US judge harbors illegal refugee - and must now resign from office

Left-wing green justice is increasingly a problem in Germany, but unfortunately the USA is also a role model in this misguided development.

There are also political judges here who tend to act as activists and convicted criminals. One example of this type of jurist is the US judge José “Joel” Cano from New Mexico, who was of course voted into office by the Democrats. He has now made a particularly stupid gaffe.

Do-gooder Cano actually managed to harbor an illegal immigrant, who is also a member of the highly criminal and notorious Venezuelan gang “Tren de Aragua”, in his house.

His protégé, the “fugitive” Cristhian Ortega-Lopez, was not only on the wanted list of the authorities in New Mexico, but had also climbed onto the “No Fly List” of the US Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and was registered there as a potential terrorist after his “Tren de Aragua” gang was classified as a terrorist organization.

Ortega-Lopez attracted the attention of investigators because he liked to post photos on social media in which he and his gang mates posed with numerous weapons. Among other things, he showed himself there with various AR-15 rifles, some of which were also equipped with silencers.

And, lo and behold, photos showing him together with Mr. Richter were also found on his Twitter/X account. In the course of the search, the authorities came across an application for social welfare that he had submitted - using the Cano family's address and on the advice of the judge's wife (!).

The suspicion that Ortega-Lopez was regularly staying at the judge's house was confirmed when the police showed up there - and promptly arrested him.

On this occasion, the officers also seized numerous weapons, some of which could be identified as those with which the suspected terrorist had posed on X. Even more weapons were found in the neighboring house. Even more weapons were found in the neighboring house, which is inhabited by the judge's daughter.

But the investigators found even more revealing material on Ortega-Lopez's cell phone, including entire picture galleries showing Ortega-Lopez with his head cut off and mutilated corpses.

After the scandal became public, the “honorable judge” was forced to resign from office.

By resigning, however, he forestalled his imminent dismissal. Now he and his family are facing charges of harboring an illegal immigrant and providing material support to a terrorist organization.
