If peace is coming, why are they frantically preparing for World War III? It seems that NATO countries are convinced that something very big is coming.

Is there something they know that they are not telling us? Tensions are running high in the Middle East and the conflict in Ukraine has reached a very dangerous stage. If negotiations with Russia fail, both sides will likely escalate matters significantly in a desperate attempt to win the war, and the Russians may conclude that a final showdown with NATO has begun.
We do not want the Russians to see the conflict in Ukraine in those terms, because they are already extremely suspicious and it would not take much to push them over the edge. Unfortunately, NATO countries continue to do things that increase tensions instead of reducing them. Here are seven actions by NATO countries that indicate that something very big is coming…
1. France is preparing to distribute a 20-page survival manual instructing citizens on what to do if all-out war breaks out …
France is the latest country to publish a survival guide for its citizens. The 20-page booklet advises French citizens on how to defend the republic in the event of an invasion by enlisting in reserve units or local defense efforts. It also includes tips on how to put together a survival kit with essentials such as six liters of water, canned food, batteries and basic medical supplies.
2. The French government is also telling its citizens to leave Iran “ immediately ”…
French authorities on Thursday asked its citizens to leave Iranian territory immediately. The French Foreign Ministry has warned its citizens following the release of one of its nationals who had been held captive in Iran for more than 880 days.
3. Military planners in the UK have reportedly ordered Special Forces units to prepare to be deployed to Ukraine…
Special Forces units were ordered to prepare for mobilization to Ukraine by military planners tasked with troop readiness by the Cabinet Office, according to two military sources with knowledge of the directive.
The command center for UK military planning, the Permanent Joint Headquarters (PJHQ), was last week sent guidelines to begin the process of deploying personnel and resources. The orders, which also applied to Special Forces reservists, put personnel on standby to ensure military equipment is in order before they receive a message to mobilize to Ukraine.
4. Turkey has announced that it would also be prepared to deploy troops to Ukraine “if necessary ”…
Turkey is ready to deploy troops to Ukraine as part of a broader peacekeeping mission if necessary, a Turkish Defense Ministry source said on Thursday.
Turkey is even flying home its F-16s from RAF Waddington UK.
“The issue of contributing to a mission… will be evaluated with all relevant parties if deemed necessary for the establishment of regional stability and peace,” the source said. The Russians have already stated that they will not accept NATO troops on Ukrainian soil under any circumstances, writes Michael Snyder.
So why are these countries preparing to send troops?
5. Poland prepares for showdown with Russia by “ conscripting every adult male for military training ”…
Warsaw is preparing for an invasion by Vladimir Putin by enrolling every adult male in military training. But the Eastern European nation also wants nuclear weapons and President Andrzej Duda has now said the US could send part of its arsenal to his country.
6. The Baltic states are building a huge defense line that includes six hundred bunkers, tank ditches, dragon's teeth and missile systems…
The Baltic states are jointly building a defense line on their border with Russia with about six hundred bunkers on each border.
There will also be tank ditches, forests, dragon's teeth, hedgehogs and missile systems.
Poland and the Baltic states have also withdrawn an international treaty banning anti-personnel mines as they prepare to hold back an advancing Russian army.
7. In a letter delivered to the Iranians, Donald Trump gave Iran just two months to reach a peace deal…
President Donald Trump has given Iran a two-month deadline to reach a new nuclear deal, according to a report from Axios.
A letter sent to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei earlier this month warned of the consequences if Tehran went ahead with its nuclear program while also offering renewed talks. The message, described as uncompromising, made it clear that protracted negotiations were not an option.
According to Axios, “it's not clear whether the two-month clock starts running from the time the letter is delivered or from the time negotiations begin.” Since the Iranians have already said there will be no negotiations, I would assume the clock started the moment the letter was delivered.
So the good news is that bombing Iran next month is unlikely to happen. But if Trump is serious, there's a good chance it will happen before the middle of this year.
Meanwhile, the Ukrainians have just carried out an absolutely massive drone attack on a Russian strategic bomber airfield located hundreds of miles from the front lines …
Ukrainian forces, backed by Western munitions and technology, on Thursday used drones to attack a key Russian strategic bomber airfield 435 miles from Ukrainian front lines. The attack caused a huge explosion and sent a massive inferno into the sky at Engels-2 air base in Russia. Reuters videos showed a huge explosion spreading from the airport, destroying nearby homes.
Russia reportedly called this the largest drone attack ever. The Ukrainians keep trying to provoke the Russians into doing something very dramatic.
One day the Ukrainians might just succeed.
The Russians have had enough of the government in Kiev. If negotiations with Trump fail, I expect the Russians to bring in the hammer.
We are really on the eve of an apocalyptic conflict with Russia, and we are really on the eve of an apocalyptic conflict in the Middle East. The final exits for both conflicts are fast approaching, so let's hope world leaders make very wise decisions in the coming months.
The stage is being set for the greatest war in human history.
